Mr. Stulken has extensive experience practicing throughout the State of Wyoming. His areas of practice include property transactions and litigation, domestic relations, adoption, guardianship, estate planning, probate, business, municipal and governmental representation, and civil litigation.
Mr. Stulken graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2005. After graduating law school, Mr. Stulken was a law clerk for the Honorable W. Thomas Sullins in the District Court for the Seventh Judicial District in Casper, Wyoming. Subsequently, Mr. Stulken has been in private practice for over fourteen years, first as an associate attorney at Mathey Law Office in Green River, then as a partner of Stulken & Tynsky in Green River. After that, he was a solo practitioner in Gillette, and thereafter relocated to Newcastle to become associated with the current firm.
Mr. Stulken, coming from humble roots, recognizing the importance of lawyers in the everyday lives of everyday people. In addition, Mr. Stulken has traveled throughout the United States and the world, including multiple trips to Europe and a mission trip to Ethiopia.
These experiences have provided insight into perspectives of all walks of life. One of the best lessons learned are that preventative measures are better than reactive ones.
Mr. Stulken lives in Newcastle, Wyoming. He enjoys golfing, coaching youth sports, and leading ministries in his local church.
Mr. Stulken is admitted to practice law in Wyoming, the Federal Courts of Wyoming, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
